How does direct debit work?

  • The direct debiting system is very straightforward:  Stena Line will forward a weekly statement to you advising of all bookings with a departure date within the next 21 days.
  • All monies owed to Stena Line will be drawn from your nominated bank account on the final banking day of each week, except for any statement errors which you have advised us of before 4pm, at least three working days before the direct debit date and to which Stena Line has agreed.

How to Apply for a Credit Account?

If you would like to apply for a credit account you will need to complete

  • A credit application form which requires 3 references
  • Direct debit agreement
  • Direct debit mandate
